Graphic Submission Guidelines FILES: Ensure all files are properly named and updated in all layouts and file names have the correct file extension name (ie: .eps / .tif / .ai / .psd ...etc.). All artwork should be provided as high resolution digital files. Min. Resolution 100 dpi at FINAL size. 200dpi at @50%, 400 dpi @ 25%.

BLEEDS: Please provide a 1/2” bleed on each of 4 sides, as well as accurate crop marks for trimming.
STITCHING: Please keep text or logos a minimum of 2” clear of edges to avoid stitching, Velcro® perimeter is sewn to graphic, allowing it to be attached to frame.
PROOFS: Dye Sub 24” x 24” fabric proofs of your image are available. Please allow an additional 3 days for job completion. PDF proofs are available free of charge. Please provide an accurate updated hardcopy proof for each layout provided. For FTP uploads include a lo res-PDF proof for each layout.
COLOR: CMYK-Specify critical colors with PANTONE (PMS colors). Please use the "Solid Coated " Library. Exact color matches are not always possible. When creating 4 color rich black, we recommend: 60%C, 40%M, 40%Y, 100%K.
LOGOS: Supply all logos and illustrated graphics in VECTOR format when possible. When possible convert fonts to outlines.
FONTS: Includes all fonts used in your layout. Convert fonts to outlines whenever possible.
PHOTOSHOP: All files should be minimum 100 dpi at final size, leave files layered when possible.
ILLUSTRATOR: Please LINK files as opposed to embedding them. Convert type to outlines. Save in Illustrator .ai format.
INDESIGN: After file creation, Package your files which will collect fonts and links. Linked Files must be at least 100 dpi resolution at full size.

Please keep any logos text minimum 2.25" in from edges to avoid stitching from the velcro perimeter.
