Graphic Guidelines and Tips

Files can be uploaded through our website at:
https://www.testrite.com/customers/upload-files-main/
If you are preparing a custom graphic, please work with your account rep, or contact graphics@testrite.com
to ensure you have the proper graphic specs or templates.
We offer design and creative services and would be more than happy to discuss your concepts and
graphic requirements. Contact your account manager.

FILE FORMATS:

We accept native files created in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. EPS, TIFF, or PDF’s.
Many templates are available at: https://www.testrite.com/customers/graphic-templates/
Illustrator special effects ie: transparencies, drop shadows or glows are not recommended.
These may produce unpredictable results when printing. Photoshop is preferred using these effects.

ARTWORK SIZE:

Please supply artwork at 100% of the final output. If the file is scaled down, please make sure it is
noted in file name, and noted when submitting file(s).
IMAGE SIZE:

Please supply all linked images when supplying Adobe InDesign or Illustrator files. Photoshop and linked images should be set at 100 dpi at final output size. If the layout has been scaled down, scale down images proportionately. Restricting the file size to 100 dpi will produce outstanding print quality, and minimize file processing times.

BLEEDS:

Many graphics require 1/2” bleeds on EACH of 4 sides. Charisma and most Tension Fabric graphics  require 1” bleeds on EACH of 4 sides for fitting and finishing. Bleeds are necessary.

PROOFS:

We will provide a low resolution PDF proof for your approval for content. For color accurate proofs
24” x 24” printed Fabric proofs are available at an additional charge.

COLOR:

Printed in CMYK, All critical Pantone colors, need to be called out in the file as solid coated or uncoated swatches. When color matching is required, please supply layered native files along
with a swatch or sample.

LOGOS: Supply all logos and illustrated graphics in VECTOR format whenever possible.
FONTS:

Please supply all fonts, PLEASE convert fonts outlines whenever possible.
