SEG Graphic Prints

 Testrite is a leading manufacturer of Silicon Edge Graphic frames, and we are pleased to offer in-house printing for Silicon Edge Graphics that pair beautifully with our frames. Our SEG Graphic printing is done in house on industry leading equipment, renowned for it’s color vibrancy and consistency. 

Dye Sublimation printing is sensitive to the production environment. That’s why we built out a climate-controlled New Jersey facility specifically for large format dye sublimation. Our facility is ~20 minutes from NYC. With brand new equipment for printing, fabric laser cutting, and automated SEG sewing, graphics are made quickly and at a consistently high quality level. 
We have built out the industry’s best SEG print testing table, able to test graphics from 6”x6” up to 360” x 120”, with sizing changes in ~1 minute between the two. We do test each and every graphic size to ensure the SEG graphics fit every time. Fabrics can vary from roll-to-roll, even from the same manufacturer and batch. We test to make sure you don’t have any surprises onsite.
We offer both Front Lit SEG prints, often called non-lit SEG prints. We also print for backlit SEG prints. These prints ideal for edge lit and backlit SEG frames. For backlit, we add extra saturation to the print to ensure that when lit, the graphic remains vibrant.

We stock a variety of fabrics that we can dye sublimation print for SEG graphics including:
Triple White SEG– Triple White SEG Prints, sometimes referred to as Tripple White SEG, offers a very tight weave, providing the nicest looking SEG graphics anywhere. The tradeoffs are the this media is a bit more expensive. In addition, Triple White has no stretch, making installation a little bit tougher.

Softknit SEG prints – Softknit SEG Prints, sometimes referred to as Polyflex SEG Prints or Celtic Cloth SEG prints, are prints onto a media that a medium amount of stretch. Our SEG printing onto Softknit looks beautiful while offering easier installation thanks to the stretch. Softknit is one of our most economical graphic media options, which makes it ideal for nationwide SEG rollouts. This material has both a matte and a satin (shinier) side. Most prints are printed on the matte side. If for your project you’d like us to print on the satin side for more pop, just ask!
Backlit SEG Prints – When an SEG graphic will be used in a lightbox, we have exactly the right media for the application. Our Backlit SEG Prints are designed to pop, with more color saturation than the non-lit prints. 
SEG Reflective Backers – Our precision fabric laser cutting ensures that the reflective backer will fit your lightbox every time. Our backers are opaque, so that no light comes through the backer, ideal for free standing applications. Need us to laser cut notches to match the custom bracketry we’re manufacturing for your Charisma lightboxes? That’s no problem, we can do it in line!

There are rare occasions where we may use other materials for an SEG print, whether it’s a Grey back knit SEG print, a Heavy knit SEG print, a Black back SEG print, a White back SEG prints, or a large Format Stretch Fabric SEG print. These media aren’t as popular for use with SEG, but we know every retail application is different and we stock a wide range of fabrics so we can help meet your business’s evolving needs.

Testrite sews the Silicon Keder directly onto fabric for Silicon Edge graphic Prints in house. Our standard SEG keder is 12x3mm, though we also stock 12x1.5mm. If you need a different Keder let us know!
