Our heritage, like many of the leading companies in digital print, is in the photographic industry, where we manufactured lightboxes and photographic tripods and enlargers for Sears, Montgomery Ward, and many others. -Large format Dye Sublimation Printing onto polyester fabrics, including triple white, polyflex, spandex, stretch fabrics, block out fabrics, backlit fabrics, celtic cloth, and more. Think of Testrite Visual as a national print provider at scale.
Featuring 126” wide seamless dye sublimation printing, laser cutting of fabrics, fantastic quality finishing by a talented in house sewing team including automatic SEG equipment. Whether you need the highest quality SEG Graphic Prints FAST, stretch fabric pillowcases, or have something custom in mind, bring us your fabric graphic challenges.
Our dye sublimation graphics pair beautifully with our industry leading hardware. We specialize in national retail rollouts with full logistical support.
When it comes to dye sublimation printing, tight integration between graphics and hardware is critical. Think TESTRITE to ensure your graphic fits rite every time.
- Roll-to-roll printing refers to printing onto rolled up media. Printing on roll media is very cost efficient. Prints can ship rolled, reducing freight. Our Roll-to-Roll printing department regularly prints onto paper, styrene, polystyrene, duratrans films, backlit films, vinyl, laminates, magnetic receptive media, and more! We do specialized roll digital printing including being able to print glossy, matte, or a mix of the two with spot gloss or spot varnish. We are also able to print white, enabling the use of clear media, specialty metalized media, printing white on black, and a variety of other special effects to make your artwork standout.
- Flatbed printing yields photo realistic prints that are good enough to hang in an art gallery but cost efficient enough for national retail rollouts. We print onto a wide range of rigid boards including Foam Core, Ultraboard, Gatorfoam, Gatorplast, Infinity Board, Styrene sheets, Coroplast, Corrugated, DiBond, Aluminum Composite Material (ACM), clear acrylic, clear polycarbonate, and much more. Our flatbed printing offers Spot Gloss to highlight amazing details, six color printing with light cyan and light magenta ideal for amazing skin tones, and the widest range of compatible substrates. We can print on vinyl and magnetic media. Direct printing on magnet yields beautiful results. If it can be made flat, we can print on it flatbed.
